Salary: £43,000–£45,000 per annum

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Job Type: Fixed Term – Full time – 12 Months Fixed Term Contract

About the role

We are recruiting two Digital System Specialists: one initially specialising in Rostering (Quinyx) and one in Care Management (Log My Care).

This is an opportunity to become the recognised specialist for an important business system. You will help colleagues get the most value from it, lead practical improvements and support effective adoption and use. Working with data, processes, suppliers and users, you will build expertise in your specialist area and share learning across the Digital team. Although each role has an initial specialism, the team works collaboratively to build wider understanding of how systems and data work together across Certitude.

Duties will include:

• Act as the recognised specialist for your assigned business system, helping colleagues use it effectively.
• Gather and document requirements, review processes and turn user needs into practical system improvements.
• Coordinate testing, releases, communications and post-release checks for agreed changes.
• Develop clear guidance and training, and share knowledge with users and colleagues across the Digital team.
• Work with suppliers, users and other stakeholders to investigate issues and deliver practical solutions.
• Understand how systems, processes and data connect, and identify opportunities to improve user experience, data quality and efficiency.

About you

To be a Digital System Specialist at Certitude, the following are essential. You must have experience relevant to the specialist area you apply for:

• Experience supporting, administering or improving either a rostering system or a care management system, relevant to your chosen specialism.
• A strong understanding of business systems, end-to-end processes and how information is captured, used and reported.
• Experience gathering requirements, improving systems and coordinating changes through testing and release.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate issues and identify practical improvements.
• The ability to work effectively with users, stakeholders and suppliers.
• Excellent communication skills, including explaining technical information clearly, with a willingness to learn and share knowledge.
